Do I need to install anything?
No. iSense Dental runs in the browser on any modern computer or tablet. There are no servers to maintain in your office.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is per clinic location per month. Standard is $425 per location for up to 5 users; Professional is $695 per location for up to 9 users. For more users, contact us for an Enterprise quote.
Is iSense Dental HIPAA compliant? What about a BAA?
iSense Dental is built around HIPAA's safeguards: role-based access, a log of every patient record viewed, encryption of sensitive data, and append-only records. It runs on Amazon Web Services under AWS's HIPAA Business Associate Addendum. Ask us about a Business Associate Agreement for your practice.
Can I move my data from my current system?
Yes. iSense Dental includes a data migration tool for patients, appointments and records, and our team can help with the move.
Does it work with my clearinghouse?
Yes. iSense Dental creates standard 837D claim files and imports 835 ERAs, so it works with any clearinghouse today by file. Live connections to specific clearinghouses can be added.
Can my patients get text reminders?
Yes. Appointment reminders, confirmations and changes can be texted to patients who have agreed to texts, and every message is logged with its appointment.
Is help available in Spanish?
In-app help is available in English, with Spanish available as an add-on feature.
